How long will it take before you ship my order?
Our general production time is 3-5 business days. If you need your jewelry to ship sooner than that, please contact us before placing your order.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! We are always happy to work with you on custom orders. Please contact us with your request and we will go from there.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be completely in love with your jewelry! If for some reason it isn't quite what you were wanting, we accept returns / exchanges if you email us within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower / swimming?
Please don't!! Your jewelry will last much much longer if you keep it dry! Any finishes or plating will come off much faster and the metals will darken if your jewelry is exposed to water.
How do I take care of the tarnish on brass pieces?
Metals naturally tarnish from being exposed to air and moisture over time. This process will speed up if your jewelry is exposed to larger amounts of moisture, so please store it in a cool dry place. Brass develops a darkened patina that can be really beautiful, if that's your thing. If you wish to shine it up, we recommend using a polishing cloth (like Sunshine Polishing Cloths).
I lost an earring. Can you make a replacement?
Gladly, provided we still have the right pieces! Please email us a photo of the remaining earring and we'll see if we can make a match. The cost is half of what it would be for a new pair, plus shipping.
Something terrible has happened and my jewelry broke. Can you fix it?
We stand by all of our work and are happy to repair / replace broken jewelry in the unlikely event that something breaks. Please email us.
